From the culinary score of the Chef, who works in an open-place space, savour a few essentials that will awaken your taste buds: treat yourself to delicious gambas flambéed with pastis, salmon gravlax or Italian-style beef tartar, matured rib steak, all served with fresh vegetables from local farms, a guarantee of taste quality.
The different cheeses come from a Master Cheese Maker and embody the wealth and diversity of Ardèche: Picodon rubs shoulders with goat’s cheese paired with olive oil from the Moulin de Vincent, in Payzac, next to the Domaine de Chalvêches. The home-made desserts are an ode to gourmet pleasures and promise moments of pure delight: abandon yourself to the temptation of a chestnut or chocolate fondant or a crumble made with seasonal fruit. And opt for a cool touch with our artisanal ice-creams.

From midday to 2.30 pm every Saturday and Sunday, treat yourself to a delicious Brunch at La Paillotte, our restaurant in Ardèche with panoramic views over a verdant haven.
Our brunch features table service for welcome drinks (champagne or glass of wine) and a self-service buffet for other beverages, starters, various cheeses and desserts.A plancha area provides a choice of grilled meats, prepared directly by our chef: lamb chops, sausages and kebabs are all available. The sweet and savoury self-service buffet offers a selection of various starters and desserts, accompanied by a cheese platter, a fruit basket,pastries and various other treats, such as muffins, cookies, pancakes, waffles, etc. You will also have unlimited access to an area dedicated to hot drinks (coffee, teas) and cold drinks (fresh fruit juices).

La Paillotte is open every day from May to September, 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm, except on Wednesday evenings.
Please note that the swimming pool is not open to non-hotel guests. On reservation, deckchairs are €25 per person and a bed for two people is €60.
