Breakfast
Buffet or room service, enjoy your breakfast by the poolside with an uninterrupted view over the valley, or on the terrace of your room.
From the moment you rise, enjoy local organic produce served with our selection of teas or coffee.
The Domaine de Chalvêches offers you a full breakfast, to be chosen from the buffet and enjoyed by the poolside, featuring a large selection of products:
- Nespresso or Maison Richard coffee, Valrhona hot chocolate, and Dammann Frères teas and herbal teas
- Miniature pastries
- Fresh bread: baguette and grain bread
- Alain Millat preserves, organic honey and chocolate spread from Esprit Gourmand,
- Alain Millat fruit juices: orange, grapefruit, Reinette Apple
- Fresh seasonal fruit
- Fresh fruit salad
- Cold meats: cured ham and cooked ham
- Cheese
- Plain or vanilla yoghurt

Continental breakfast in your room: €18 per person

Our restaurant, La Paillote
From May to September.
La Paillote at the Domaine de Chalvêches opens its doors from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm inviting you to enjoy grilled meat and fish in a summery atmosphere... Whether you are a couple or a group of friends, meet up in a tranquil setting with blue skies and the verdant valley stretching into the distance.
La Paillotte is open every day except Wednesday, our weekly closing day.
Swimming pool
When it comes to relaxing, you will enjoy sunbathing on our perfectly fitted terrace. Our outdoor swimming pool is open from 1 May to 31 October weather permitting.
Its two infinity pools are ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.
After a few laps, settle down comfortably on one of the deckchairs and sun loungers laid out around the pool.
The setting is conducive to well-being and escapism. Take advantage of the verdant views and make the most of your holiday in the sun.
Please note that the swimming pool is not open to non-hotel guests. On reservation, deckchairs are €25 per person and a bed for 2 people is €60.
Bar and wine cellar
From June (weekends only), and 7 days a week in July and August, a buffet lunch is served in the lounge bar.
Our bar is open all year round in low season from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm, and in high season from 9 am to 11 pm.
In a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, enjoy a cocktail served with an Ardèche-style platter of local cold meats and cheese. When the evening comes, the bar team offers a menu of traditional drinks.
Also, be sure not to miss our selection of wines. Between the Cévennes and the Rhône Valley, 2,000 dedicated winegrowers have been forging the revival of southern France's vineyards in Ardèche for the past 30 years.
The cooler temperatures of the Cévennes, combined with the large amount of sunshine in the Rhône Valley, ensure that the traditional grape varieties, Syrah, Grenache and Viognier ripen well. Here, the grapes are harvested at night by spotlight to preserve their freshness; the grapes are picked in several phases to avoid grassy tastes with a view to creating a unique style of wine from the varied soils and grape varieties.
